Fresh beef is helping McDonald'south sell more than burgers and gain market share.

Overall, the shift was one of the "biggest, boldest moves that we've made in a long time," said Gross. It's the biggest supply chain change the company has made since information technology started serving all-day breakfast in 2015, she noted.

Information technology too put a strain on the company'southward franchisees, who had to pay for some of the changes, similar different refrigeration and storage systems.
